Reservation conditions

We have a 24-hour reception service.

Check-in: Between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in.

Check-out: Until 11:00 a.m.

Outside of established hours, it will be subject to availability at the time of arrival, depending on the occupancy of the establishment.

Prepayment & Cancellations:

The customer can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The customer will have to pay the full price if cancelled during the 7 days before the arrival date. If the customer does not show up, they will have to pay the full price.

You will be charged the full price in advance 7 days prior to your arrival date (after the free cancellation period ends).

Changes or modifications:

Any changes or modifications will have to be authorized by management and will be subject to the conditions and fees at the time. These must be notified 7 days in advance and may incur a penalty in the event that the modification involves any type of partial cancellation of the reservation.

Daily housekeeping is not included during the stay, only on arrival.

Pets: Not allowed.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the accommodations.

Parties: Parties (stag parties or similar) cannot be held.

Rest hours: Guests must minimize noise from midnight to 9 am.
